How do you ship in Canada？

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both in Canada and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 4-14 business days to be delivered to you and we usually ship within 1-3 business days.
• International orders take 5-30 business days to be delivered via Canada Post, UPS, DHL or Fedex and we ship within 2-5 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Domestic Orders over $99 will have free shipping.
• Domestic Orders under $99 will be charged for shipping. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 
• International Orders will be charged for shipping according to the destination locations.

Can I get a return and refund from you?

We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new product(s) from IKID PLANET - Kiddie Kobbler Fairview Online Store! Please note that IKID PLANET Store must be notified if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship within 72 hours of receipt of goods to be eligible for a full refund or replacement. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from us, you are welcome to return it as long as the products are unworn.

How can we place an order？How long does it take to ship out？

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we usually will ship your package within 1-3 business days.

• Cash on Delivery is only available for local curbside pickup.
