RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
IKID PLANET (Kiddie Kobbler Fairview) will gladly take back your purchase if you change your mind, as long as it is UNWORN! For an item that is regular price: 7 days refund, 14 days exchange or store credit. For an item that is on sale: NO refund, but 14 days exchange store credit. If an item goes beyond the 14 days, you can still exchange it, if the customer purchased it at the online IKID PLANET store or offline Kiddie Kobbler Fairview store, just no store credit can be issued.
Please follow the simple steps below for returns:
- Send back your regular priced purchase within 7 days of your purchase in new, unworn in its original packaging
- Do not tape or apply labels/stamps to the original shoe box. Please wrap the box in paper or enclose it inside another box for shipping
- Enclose the receipt as well as a note explaining reason for return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You MUST use Canada Post or US Postal Service or other registered shipping service company to return your item(s).
- Customers must send the item back prepaid (not C.O.D). Any C.O.D. orders will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Online order returns can be made in person with your receipt at Kiddie Kobbler Fairview location.
- To exchange an item, please exchange the item either in store, or place a new online order for the correct item, and simply return the unwanted item for a refund.
